If you are dissatisfied in any way, with a purchase from our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a return authorization cannot be accepted.
If returning an item(s), you must include all parts and pieces to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through a preferred mail delivery service.
Shipping fees are only eligible for a refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Lisa Hoffman Beauty or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
For authorization to obtain a refund, please email us at orders@lisahoffmanbeauty.com. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made.

When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the payment is shipped, the payment is processed.
