Lisa Hoffman’s On-the-Go Bath and Shower Collections

Lisa Hoffman has a calling - to ease the life of the on-the-go woman. Last December she introduced The Lisa Hoffman Night & Day 24 Hour Skincare Collection, kits composed of single use ampoules ready to throw in a suitcase at a moments notice. In September, she expands her lifestyle concept with the Lisa Hoffman Spa Bath and Spa Shower 24 Hour Body Care Collections. The new introductions join the existing products at Bergdorf Goodman, Apothia at Fred Segal and www.lisahoffmanskincare.com.

“The philosophy of the Spa Bath and Spa Shower collections is the same sa my skincare-portable, pure, potent and high performing,” stated Ms. Hoffman. “I created these lines in terms of the way I live my life.” As the wife of actor Dustin Hoffman, Ms. Hoffman often faces the challenge of packing toiletries for her family of seven as they travel to film locations, hen the daily kits.

The new ranges were conceived with separate purposes and feature unique fragrances. “My shower experience is about getting clean, getting out and getting where I need to go quickly. When I bathe, I have more time and it becomes an indulgent moment.”

Each collection comprises five products. Each range offers a single-use kit, which contains five 10-ml ampoules of each product, priced at $25.00 per kit.

The Spa Bath Collection, which is scented with Madagascar orchid, includes body soak, body wash, body polisher, body cream and hand/foot butter.

The Spa Shower Collection includes cleansing gel, exfoliating body scrub, body oil, body lotion and hand/foot cream. Japanese agarwood perfumes this range.

All of the products also are available in 4 oz. or 6 oz. sizes, ranging in price from $25.00 to $50.00.

As with the skincare range, Pamela Vaile worked with Ms. Hoffman to develop the products. In addition, Marc Rosen designed the packaging and Chemaid supplied the treatment formulations for the bath and shower products. Givaudan developed the fragrances, which derive from the company’s “Scent Trek” and “Innovative Naturals Program,” a method of capturing scent with out disturbing the natural environment. Madagascar orchid was found in the last unexplored coastal rainforest, and Japanese agarwood has a spiritual role in Asian agarwood has a spiritual role in Asian cultures.

“The Spa Bath and Spa Shower collections embody a rich story of ingredients from rainforests,” explained Ms. Vaile. Ingredients include acai oil, cupuacu butter, as well as extracts from bamboo, catuaba, guarana, orchid, Hawaiian white honey and star fruit. As benefiting such a lineup, a portion of the collections’ proceeds will benefit The Rainforest Foundation to help indigenous people.
